As for the Scientific Justification section, you can enter this information in three ways:

1. using the Technical Feasibility text box on this page
2. uploading an ascii file containing only your Technical Feasibility from your own computer using the Technical Feasibility file upload field on this page
3. retrieving the complete LaTeX source for your proposal from the system by using the "Preview Proposal" button (see Getting Started), editing the Technical Feasibility section, and then uploading the complete proposal with the "Upload LaTeX" button (see Getting Started)

This page also contains a section for you to report on recent (last 2 years) observing runs on large telescopes, including the telescope for which you are completing an application. Please include the telescopes used, the titles of the programs, dates of the observations, status and results.

The same three options available for entering the Technical Feasibility are also available for the Recent Time Allocations section.

Be sure to save any information you have entered with the Save Changes button on the side-bar. This button appears on the bottom of any page so you can save new or edited information at any time. If you have not completed all of the mandatory fields in the form, or have made an error in the format of an entry, an error message will appear in your browser window. Correct any errors and save again before proceeding.
