Query either by co-ordinates or object name:
Right Ascension	Declination	Epoch
Object name
search radius (arcmin)	maximum results to return:	output format: html text raw fits votable

Or upload a file of targets to process in batch mode:
targets file name:
maximum results to return per target	view results or download a tar file of results? view download	download file format: text votable fits

Right Ascension and Declination can be specified either as colon-separated sexageismal (HH:MM:SS.ss +DD:MM:SS.ss) or decimal degrees.
If no limit is specified, all results in the given radius will be returned.
If both an object name and coordinates are entered, the given coordinates will be used for the query.

Batch mode input files should be one target per line, with lines of the form:
targetname RA Dec epoch Xsize Ysize
